This dough is EVERYTHING!

February 9th is National Bagel day! What better way to celebrate than making homemade heart-shaped bagels! Here’s a quick and easy heart-shaped bagel tutorial.

For this tutorial, I made 6 mini everything bagels using this recipe,

After I made the dough, I divided it into 6 pieces and rolled them out.

I folded each long piece of dough in half and created a point. I pinched the ends together and rounded the top to create a heart shape. I topped them with egg wash and bagel seasoning and put them in the oven for about 15 minutes. Let them cool off and enjoy!
